Returns

Merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT only, no refunds, within 7 days of the day that you receive your package. For items after this time period, we will deny the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in UNUSED, UNWASHED, and UNWORN condition. It must also still have the tags attached.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for accessories. All accessories are FINAL Sale.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but you may exchange your item for a different size if needed. If you need to exchange for a different size, send us an email at twoboysandagirl19@yahoo.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
